OpenAI / Codex — active AI processor
Purpose: isolated document analysis, generic official-source research and package generation. Data: uploaded content, case description, jurisdiction, language and constrained server instruction. Processing location and limited safety retention follow the authorized OpenAI service terms and controls. DisputePass does not opt submitted content into model training.
Hosting and infrastructure — active
Purpose: TLS, servers, storage, networking, monitoring and backups required to operate and secure the service. Case data is segregated from releases and scheduled for deletion within 10 days.
Lemon Squeezy — active merchant of record
Purpose: hosted checkout, taxes, payment, receipt, order, refund and chargeback administration. Data: billing/contact data supplied at checkout, transaction signals and opaque case/session references. It receives no dispute files or package contents.
Support and advisers
Email, security, legal and accounting providers may receive limited contact or operational data needed for the assigned task. Material changes involving identifiable document content will be disclosed before or as required.
