Cookie Policy

On this pageEssential storageAnalyticsControls

The case access key stored in your browser is essential to reopen a case without an account.

Essential storage

  • Language preference.
  • Random case identifiers, access secrets and expiration times.
  • Security, consent and checkout-session state where needed.

Analytics

Privacy-respecting first-party analytics may count pages and funnel events and retain the visitor IP address and country derived locally from it in the owner-only dashboard. Where consent is legally required for non-essential analytics, those events are disabled until consent. Uploaded text and generated drafts are not analytics payloads.

Controls

You can remove browser storage using your browser settings or Delete case. Doing so may permanently remove case access. Browser privacy signals are honored where required.
