DisputePass is self-service document-generation software, not a law firm. It does not provide legal advice, representation or outcome guarantees. Outputs are AI-assisted drafts that you must review, edit, sign and submit yourself.
1. Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least 18, legally capable of contracting and using the service for yourself or with lawful authority. By uploading, accepting the notice or purchasing, you agree to these Terms and linked policies.
2. What the service provides
The free result is a marked preview created after the full case analysis and drafts have been generated. A $29 USD one-time purchase unlocks the exact existing ZIP package: editable demand/negotiation letter, regulator or ombudsman complaint, small-claims or local-equivalent draft, strategy report, evidence and filing plan, call scripts, source record and structured data. Contents depend on the evidence. There is no subscription, account, electronic signature, submission service, case tracking, reminder service or post-purchase regeneration.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and lawfully obtained material.
- Verify every fact, quotation, source, deadline, amount, form, fee, recipient and address against originals and current official instructions.
- Edit, print, sign and submit every draft yourself; keep delivery proof and independent copies.
- Obtain qualified urgent help where housing, health, safety, criminal, immigration or imminent court deadlines require it.
- Do not create false evidence, inflate a claim, harass anyone, upload malware, bypass security or misrepresent a draft as an official filed document.
4. Files, access and expiry
Upload either one ZIP or up to 10 individual supported files, 50 MB total. Encrypted or nested archives, executables and unsafe archive paths are rejected. This browser stores a random access secret. Changing devices or clearing storage can permanently remove access. All case content expires within 10 days or upon manual deletion; download a purchased package promptly.
5. Payment and delivery
Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record, displays the seller, final currency, taxes and applicable checkout terms, and processes payment. Development uses Lemon Squeezy Test Mode or a clearly marked zero-charge simulation. Package access is unlocked only after a server-confirmed paid-order event linked to the case. Uploaded evidence is never sent to Lemon Squeezy.
6. No guarantee and limitations
DisputePass does not promise a refund, settlement, regulator action, court acceptance or favorable outcome. Sources and procedures can change, and AI output can be incomplete or wrong. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided as is and liability excludes indirect or consequential losses. Nothing excludes non-waivable consumer, privacy, fraud, personal-injury or other mandatory liability.
7. Governing rights and changes
Mandatory consumer protections and the courts or dispute bodies available in your habitual residence remain available. No term waives non-excludable rights under US state/federal law, UK consumer law, EU/national consumer law or Australian Consumer Law. We may update the service and these terms prospectively.
