DisputePass is self-service document-generation software, not a law firm. It does not provide legal advice, representation or outcome guarantees. Outputs are AI-assisted drafts that you must review, edit, sign and submit yourself.
No professional relationship
Using DisputePass does not create an attorney-client, adviser, representative, fiduciary, adjuster, medical-provider or government relationship. Communications are not privileged.
Drafts and calculations
Every output is an AI-assisted draft based on submitted records and public sources. A strength label is qualitative and never a probability of winning. Recovery scenarios may include conditional statutory or court amounts but do not promise they will be awarded. If a reliable deadline or amount cannot be calculated, the output must say so.
Forms and escalation
A small-claims or local-equivalent draft may provide structured particulars where an official prescribed form must be completed separately. Confirm current court or tribunal forms, venue, jurisdiction, service, fees and deadlines. DisputePass does not block escalation drafts, but receiving one does not mean escalation is appropriate.
User review
Compare all output with the original evidence and current official sources. Replace placeholders, remove unsupported statements, choose what to use, sign where required and submit it yourself. Seek licensed help when the stakes, urgency or complexity justify it.
