No online system is risk-free. Keep your own originals, minimize sensitive data and download purchased files promptly.
Upload controls
- One ZIP or up to 10 files, 50 MB total and 20 MB per direct file.
- PDF, JPG, PNG, HEIC, TIFF, DOC, DOCX, TXT, RTF, EML and MSG validation.
- Encrypted/nested archives, symbolic links, unsafe paths, executables and suspicious compression ratios rejected.
- Random non-guessable case identifiers and per-case access secrets.
Processing boundary
The public app has no AI credentials. It submits constrained metadata and isolated files to a private Codex worker. Jobs use ephemeral execution, read-only sandboxing and server-built instructions that prohibit following document instructions or searching private identifiers.
Payment controls
Lemon Squeezy hosts checkout. A signature-verified webhook linked to the case and expected $29 product unlocks the tokenized ZIP. Card data is not stored by DisputePass. Test Mode transfers no real funds.
Retention and incidents
Case files and outputs are deleted within 10 days or on user request. Application releases do not contain case data. We investigate and contain suspected incidents, rotate credentials and provide legally required notifications. Security reports: security@disputepass.com.
