Data covered
Health-related uploads may reveal diagnoses, treatment, prescriptions, providers, benefits, bills or inferred health status. We process it only to deliver and secure the requested audit/package, comply with law and handle support you request.
No sale or advertising
We do not sell consumer health data, use it for targeted advertising, or use it to train models. It is shared only with infrastructure and AI processors needed for the user-requested service, or as legally required.
Rights and deletion
Use Delete case for immediate active-server deletion or contact privacy@disputepass.com. Applicable Washington My Health My Data, Nevada, Connecticut and other consumer-health laws may provide access, deletion, withdrawal or appeal rights.
