Refund Policy

How refunds and statutory cancellation rights apply to the DisputePass package.

Effective August 7, 2026Last reviewed August 8, 2026
On this page1. Digital content delivery2. No voluntary guarantee3. Mandatory rights remain4. Reporting a delivery or billing problem

DisputePass does not offer a voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee. You review a substantial marked preview before choosing to buy the already-generated package.

1. Digital content delivery

The package is generated before checkout and unlocked immediately after successful payment. At checkout, Lemon Squeezy may ask for acknowledgement or consent required to begin immediate digital delivery and may administer refunds, taxes, chargebacks and receipts as merchant of record.

2. No voluntary guarantee

A change of mind, dislike of an argument, or an unfavorable dispute outcome does not create a voluntary refund right. There are no package regenerations, updates or subscription cancellations.

3. Mandatory rights remain

This policy does not remove non-waivable rights for defective, misdescribed or unavailable digital content, duplicate or unauthorized charges, failed delivery, or statutory cooling-off/cancellation rights that were not validly waived. UK, EU, Australian and applicable US consumer protections continue to apply. Lemon Squeezy’s checkout and merchant terms may provide additional processes.

4. Reporting a delivery or billing problem

Contact support@disputepass.com promptly with the Lemon Squeezy order reference and case identifier, but do not email uploaded evidence. Describe duplicate billing, inability to download during the retention window, a corrupted archive or a package materially different from the preview. We and Lemon Squeezy will assess the request under applicable law and merchant rules.
